Buda-Ful Fest /SoSX brings Live Music together with networking, investor insights, a pitch competition, and a small business expo, creating a space where commerce and community meet.
The Heritage Sessions
A signature community-building event hosted by the Buda Economic Development Corporation that brings together culture, conversation, and commerce to celebrate the diverse stories shaping Central Texas.
Affectionately known as the “Bee Market,” is a marketplace for young Buda business entrepreneurs. The event showcases products from exceptionally talented young local vendors.
A transformative day of experiences designed to fuel every stage of your entrepreneurial journey—from ideation, business planning, strategy and networking to collaborative workshops, this is a must attend.
Hosted by the Buda EDC and the City of Buda, this experience brings together business leaders, elected officials, commission members, commercial brokers, educators, major employers, and regional partners for guided tour of current and future projects in Buda.
This event turns Downtown Buda into a retail playground with a Bingo style format to “shop local.” The Buda EDC, Greater Buda Chamber, & Discover Buda provide Bingo Cards and great prizes when you shop at participating local businesses. Earn stickers, shop, have fun, and WIN!
Southbound takes place every 4th Friday of the month at Meridian on Main Street in downtown Buda. Buda EDC and the City of Buda in partnership with Sun Radio bring commerce and community together with live music and live broadcast across the Sun Radio Network.
Buda’s Shop Small Saturday is an event that encourages residents and visitors to support local businesses during the holiday season. Held in Historic Downtown Buda, the event features a variety of unique shops and boutiques, offering attendees a distinctive shopping experience.
The Buda EDC offers two free CPR and First Aid certification trainings during the summer. While the initiative is designed to support local businesses by helping them train employees, the sessions are open to the general public. View Buda Hive Calendar for event dates
This event is a collaborative Regional Career Fair jointly hosted by the Economic Development Corporations of Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Lockhart, and Luling. This expo supports growth across our communities in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Technology, Education, and more!
Railcar Revival Music Festival is the ultimate Texas Country celebration held each November at the Buda Amphitheater & City Park. This a collaborative arts & entertainment event hosted by the Buda EDC and the City of Buda.
Hosted by the Greater Buda Chamber of Commerce in sponsorship with the Buda Economic Development Corporation, this event recognizes Buda-based businesses that champion commerce and community in select categories.
