Brian Dyer
Brian Dyer is an experienced real estate professional specializing in land development, entitlement, and construction management throughout Central Texas. He holds a Master of Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with a concentration in Economic and Community Development, and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics from Loyola University Chicago, with a minor in Urban Studies.
Throughout his career, Brian has successfully managed large-scale residential and commercial development projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing budgets up to $12 million. His expertise spans from community planning to contractor management and HOA creation. Currently, Brian is building out the recruitment program for the Buda Economic Development Corporation and coordinating diverse redevelopment projects in downtown Buda, where he gets to combine his development expertise with his passion for community building.
Brian lives in south Austin with his wife and two teenage daughters. When he’s not working on development projects, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking elaborate Sunday dinners, writing songs, reading, and exploring cities on foot. His passion for urban environments extends beyond his professional work, as he finds inspiration in discovering the unique character and hidden gems of different neighborhoods and communities.
