BUDA, Texas, May 8, 2026— The Buda Economic Development Corporation (Buda EDC) and Buda HIVE announce the schedule for BEE2B Week (BudaEDC.com/BEE2Bweek), an economic development series designed to celebrate, connect, and grow Buda’s entrepreneurial community from the ground up. Scheduled for June 20–26, 2026, BEE2B Week brings together three signature events under one theme, Reach for the Stars, recognizing that the entrepreneurial journey looks different at every age and stage, and that the Buda community is invested in all of it.
BEE2B Week Schedule At-A- Glance
- BEE Market (Buda Early Entrepreneurs Market) — Saturday, June 20 | Buda City Hall
- Coffee with the HIVE Cohorts — June 24, 9-11 am | Nate’s
- Entrepreneur Camp: Reach for the Stars — Friday, June 26 | Johnson HS
- Buda-ful Fest: Entrepreneur Camp 2026 — Friday, June 26 (evening) | Buck’s Backyard
BEE Market: Where Young Entrepreneurs Take Flight
Returning to Buda City Hall, the BEE Market (BudaEDC.com/BEE-market) gives children and teens the chance to design, produce, and sell their own products to the public. This year’s space and rocket theme encourages young vendors to think beyond the booth and see their ideas not as school projects, but as launches. Available products will span handmade goods, food, art, services, and more, reflecting the same diversity of entrepreneurial thinking found in Buda’s broader business community.
This year, the BEE Market takes on new significance within BEE2B Week: top young vendors will join the Entrepreneur Camp as featured panelists, presenting their business models and products alongside the camp’s industry speakers. The crossover is intentional and serves as a reminder that entrepreneurship is not age-limited and that we have much to learn from Buda’s youngest business owners.
Entrepreneur Camp: Reach for the Stars
The third annual Entrepreneur Camp (BudaEDC.com/EntrepreneurCamp) offers a full-day immersive experience for entrepreneurs at every stage. Attendees will include first-time founders, side-hustle operators, and established business owners in retail, restaurants, professional services, and beyond. The 2026 program pushes past the fundamentals to explore what growth looks like when you aim higher, with expert-led sessions covering business development, marketing strategy, financial planning, and emerging industry trends.
This year’s Reach for the Stars theme adds a dimension, with featured speakers and partners expected to represent sectors at the forefront of innovation, including the space economy and defense technology, alongside regional accelerator and startup support organizations. Whether attendees are running a brick-and-mortar on Main Street or building a company designed to scale, Entrepreneur Camp meets them where they are and challenges them to think bigger.
Buda-ful Fest: A Celebration of Innovation
Closing out Entrepreneur Camp day, Buda-ful Fest Cohort Series 4 (BudaEDC.com/budafulfest4) wraps up the week with an awards ceremony recognizing the cohorts who completed the Buda HIVE incubator program, and a pitch competition open to emerging entrepreneurs. The celebration honors the work already done while spotlighting what’s coming next. It’s a fitting end to a week built around the belief that Buda’s entrepreneurial community is strong and thriving.
“Every year, we are amazed by the talent and ideas taking root in Buda,” said Jacquie Martinez, Assistant Director of Small Business Initiatives. “Whether it’s a young entrepreneur at the BEE Market selling their first product or a small business owner at Entrepreneur Camp realizing they’re not alone, BEE2B Week is our way of saying that entrepreneurship isn’t one moment: it’s a continuum. This year, we’re challenging Buda’s entrepreneurs at every stage to think bigger, reach for the stars, and mean it.”
