Casey Earley

Casey Earley is a passionate and dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, including more than 15 years in management and leadership. With a diverse background in finance and real estate, she brings a unique blend of expertise that enhances her work in economic and community development. Her ability to connect the dots between people, process, and purpose makes her an invaluable resource to the Buda Economic Development Corporation.

Throughout her career, Casey has held a variety of key administrative and operational roles—such as Service Manager, Office Manager, and Operations Manager—where she has been recognized for her attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Her proactive mindset and heart for service drive her to go above and beyond in everything she does.

Outside of her professional life, Casey is a passionate advocate for her community. She has served as a board member for Hope & Love 4 Kids and Central Texas Tres Dias, and currently serves as Secretary and School Board Member for Doral Academy of Texas in Buda. She thrives when giving back and supporting local causes that strengthen the fabric of her local community.

Casey has proudly called Hays County home for over two decades. She lives in Buda with her husband, their two wonderful daughters, and their beloved dog, Bela. Whether she’s leading a project, supporting a neighbor, or lending her time to a good cause, Casey is a servant leader with purpose, and a genuine love for people.
